When you submit our enquiry form, we collect: full name, email address, phone number, service type, and your message. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) automatically.

We do NOT collect: payment information, ID numbers, or special personal information as defined in Section 26 of POPIA.

Solely to respond to your enquiry, communicate about our services, and comply with our legal obligations. We will not use your information for any other purpose without your consent.

Enquiry data is transmitted securely via Resend to tenders@inxa.co.za. We retain enquiry records for a maximum of 36 months, after which they are securely deleted. The website uses HTTPS encryption on all traffic.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with:

• Resend (our email delivery provider) — solely to transmit your enquiry
• Competent authorities where required by law
• Professional advisors bound by confidentiality

You have the right to: access your information, request corrections or deletion, object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (www.inforegulator.org.za | inforeg@justice.gov.za).

To exercise your rights, email tenders@inxa.co.za. We will respond within 30 days.

In the event of a breach, we will notify you and the Information Regulator within 72 hours as required by Section 22 of POPIA.

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
